E-courses, an e-book library, a three-module learning path (Foundations → Analysis & Strategy → Professional Level) closing with a certification exam, a trading journal with performance analysis, three calculation tools (Position & Risk Calculator, Trading Plan, Portfolio Checkup), and a discussion forum.
Apakah materi yang sudah dibeli tetap bisa diakses?

E-books and courses are bought individually, so access is attached to your account and doesn't expire. Only channel subscriptions end — once one lapses, new signals from that channel stop reaching your feed.

Ada dua jenis. Sertifikat penyelesaian terbit otomatis ketika learning path tuntas, dan sertifikat kompetensi terbit setelah kamu lulus ujiannya. Keduanya pengakuan internal Traderslab, bukan sertifikasi resmi OJK atau lembaga keuangan.
There are two kinds. A completion certificate is issued automatically once the learning path is finished, and a competency certificate is issued after you pass its exam. Both are internal Traderslab recognition, not official OJK or financial-institution certification.

How often is content updated?
Materi ditambah secara bertahap, dan setiap penambahan diumumkan lewat notifikasi di dalam aplikasi. Katalog kelas serta e-book selalu menampilkan apa yang tersedia saat ini.
Material is added in stages, and each addition is announced through in-app notifications. The course and e-book catalogues always show what is available right now.

Masukkan itemnya ke keranjang lalu checkout. Kamu diarahkan ke halaman pembayaran DOKU — transfer bank, e-wallet, atau kartu — dan akses terbuka sendiri begitu pembayaran terkonfirmasi. Halaman pesanan menyimpan tombol Cek Status; hubungi [email protected] kalau statusnya tetap tidak berubah.
Put the item in your cart and check out. You're taken to a DOKU payment page — bank transfer, e-wallet, or card — and access opens on its own once the payment clears. The order page keeps a Check Status button; email [email protected] if the status still doesn't move.

How do paid signal channels get paid for?
Sama-sama lewat DOKU, bedanya channel berbayar meminta profil risiko dulu sebelum pembayaran. Langganan aktif otomatis begitu pembayaran terkonfirmasi, berhenti sendiri di tanggal berakhirnya — tidak diperpanjang otomatis — dan bisa dibatalkan kapan saja dari halaman Subscription.
Also through DOKU, except a paid channel asks for a risk profile before payment. The subscription activates automatically once the payment clears, ends on its own at the expiry date — no auto-renewal — and can be cancelled any time from the Subscription page.

Confirmed purchases are generally non-refundable. If something breaks on our side — access not opening after a confirmed payment, for instance — contact support and the team will review your case individually.

What is a signal channel?
Channel adalah kanal milik seorang analis. Setiap sinyal yang dia posting berisi harga masuk, target, stop loss, dan alasannya — lalu masuk ke feed pelanggannya. Ada channel gratis dan ada yang berbayar; harganya ditetapkan analisnya sendiri.
A channel belongs to an analyst. Every signal they post carries an entry price, a target, a stop loss, and the reasoning — and lands in their subscribers' feed. Some channels are free, some are paid; the analyst sets the price.

How is a channel's performance calculated?
Seluruhnya oleh sistem. Harga acuan diambil server saat sinyal diposting, sehingga entry tidak bisa dikarang. Target dan stop loss dinilai dari titik tertinggi dan terendah tiap bar harga; kalau keduanya kena di bar yang sama, dihitung sebagai stop loss. Sinyal yang sudah tayang tidak bisa diubah atau dihapus, termasuk yang rugi, dan setiap penyelesaian langsung memperbarui Alpha Score serta Win Quality Index channelnya.
Entirely by the system. The server captures a reference price when a signal is posted, so the entry can't be invented. Targets and stops are judged from each price bar's high and low; if both are hit inside one bar, it counts as a stop loss. Posted signals cannot be edited or deleted, losing ones included, and every settlement immediately updates the channel's Alpha Score and Win Quality Index.

Click the "Get Started Free" button on the main page, fill in the registration form with your name, email, and password. Verify your email, and your account is ready to use.
