Apakah ada paket langganan bulanan platform?
Is there a monthly platform subscription?
Tidak. Akun, jurnal, tools, dan forum terbuka begitu kamu daftar. Yang berbayar hanya e-book, kelas, dan channel sinyal tertentu — dibeli satuan.
No. Your account, journal, tools, and forum are open the moment you sign up. Only e-books, courses, and certain signal channels are paid — bought individually.
Bagaimana pembayaran e-book dan kelas diproses?
How are e-book and course payments handled?
Masukkan item ke keranjang lalu checkout. Kamu diarahkan ke halaman pembayaran DOKU, dan akses terbuka sendiri begitu pembayaran terkonfirmasi. Halaman pesanan punya tombol "Cek Status" kalau konfirmasinya terasa lama.
Add the items to your cart and check out. You're taken to a DOKU payment page, and access opens on its own once the payment clears. The order page has a "Check status" button if confirmation feels slow.
Bagaimana dengan channel sinyal berbayar?
What about paid signal channels?
Sama-sama lewat DOKU, bedanya channel berbayar meminta profil risiko dulu sebelum pembayaran. Langganan aktif otomatis begitu pembayaran terkonfirmasi, berakhir di tanggal berakhirnya tanpa perpanjangan otomatis, dan bisa dihentikan kapan saja.
Also through DOKU, except a paid channel asks for a risk profile before payment. The subscription activates automatically once the payment clears, ends on its expiry date with no auto-renewal, and can be cancelled at any time.
